We're Arch Network Services — an IT and cybersecurity company in North Carolina. That's the visible part of the job. The part we're building toward is different: the businesses we do our best work with treat us as a long-term partner, and when they grow, we grow with them. Before we can be that partner for anyone, we have to know what's actually in the way. So this is a short set of questions — four of them — about the business. Not the technology.
Takes about four minutes. No pitch at the end. Answer honestly and we'll read every word — anonymously is fine too. If we see a fit we'll ask if you'd like to talk. If not, we'll still send you a short write-up of what we heard from other owners.
First — who are we talking to?
Which of these sounds most like you?
It helps us understand whose seat the answer is coming from. There's no wrong answer.
Now the real question
What are the three things about running this business that make you say "there has to be a better way"?
I.
II.
III.
Doesn't have to be IT. Doesn't have to be polished. If it wakes you up at 2 a.m., write it down.
The cost of not solving them
When one of these problems flares up, what does it actually cost you?
Check as many as apply.
If we could only pick one
If we could take one of these off your plate tomorrow, which one?
Last one
What's stopped you from fixing it already?
Check as many as apply.
Almost done

Everything below is optional. If you'd rather stay anonymous, skip it — we'll still read every answer.
We don't share your answers. If you asked for the write-up you'll get one email — no drip campaign, no list-selling. If you asked us to reach out we'll do it personally, within two business days.
Got it. Thank you for being honest.
A person is going to read this. Probably the same person who wrote the questions.
If you asked to hear back, you will — within two business days. If you asked for the write-up, we'll send it once we've heard from enough owners to say something meaningful. Usually a few weeks.
PS — The three things you named might not all be problems we solve. That's fine. We'd rather point you at someone who can help than pretend we can do everything. And if you know a business owner who'd have interesting answers to these questions, we'd love it if you sent them the link.
